As you can see Coca-Cola is big on safety ratings. During our multiple site-surveys we observed the amount of recognition Coca-Cola wanted to insure their employees received. Coca-Cola wanted every ounce of recognition to be given to encourage ALL employees with positive safety procedures. Each location found it necessary to provide the most current list of employees that reached the safety goals by each year. They believe in delivering excellence and safety to the extent they dedicate an entire wall mural to those men and women whom truly show excellence in safety. As you can see the daily G.O.A.L.S and various safety are set for Coca-Cola employees on wall murals, which is a great reminder of ways to get their name printed under the winners each year.
