The River Point Commerce Center is a large industrial warehouse development in the heart of the Great Southwest Industrial subsection which Cowtown is proud to be a part of. It is in the process of being rejuvenated by Stream Realty Partners and is comprised
of 602,958 square feet with direct access to the George Bush Turnpike, SH 183, SH 360 and I-30. To be chosen as the company to produce the 12-foot monument directional sign was a proud moment indeed for Cowtown. Our ties to the GSW industrial district (which is committed to stimulate local economy while maintaining master craftsmanship) as well as the proven customer satisfaction record we presented landed this esteemed job. Riverpoint needed signage rebranding for this area that is undergoing massive conversion and alteration. The developers called upon Cowtown to polish the image of this location. The high visibility aspect of this location alone demanded impactful and meticulous signing that capitalized on the prime location of the real estate. The resulting signage we developed with Stream reality (one of the premier agencies in the area) is one that will be referenced time and time again and we are honored to have our name associated with this venture.
